All Female athletes , this will be an open seminar for anyone that would like to have an opportunity to experience a show day run through and receive feedback on their presentation and posing.

- This seminar is specifically for athletes that are ready to compete.
- Basics and Fundamentals of posing should be nailed.
- Focus will be on stage skills and presentation.
- Feedback will be given on posing within the seminar.
Open for Bikini and Toned / Athletic Figure athletes .
Suitable for all federations (PCA , IFBB, UKUP, NFMUK, FITX, and all other UK bodybuilding federations) apart from Fitness model categories ( Pure Elite , WBFF etc )
