This Figure tutorial is applicable for the following federations, 2BROSPRO, IFBB, NPC, UKBFF AND IFBB ELITE PRO. Identifying what the judges are looking for and knowing your criteria, Figure is very specific posing criteria which cannot be adjusted, you must present your physique in adherence to the posing rules, failure to do so will result in being marked down. Unlike other figure categories in other federations who are more flexible on their posing criteria.

Once you have downloaded the tutorial it will be available for 30 days , after 30 days the tutorial will need to be repurchased in order to view again.
Complete Level 1 within 30 days and then move onto Level 2 and Level 3
