Level 1 tutorial : We will explain and learn the posing criteria , you will learn exactly what the judges are looking for and what you should be showcasing in your poses. Understand and breakdown the lat activation as well internal/external rotation of the delts to avoid common posing mistakes. Once you have mastered the front and rear pose set then you can move onto Level 2

Level 2 tutorial : Learn the flow to piece the half turns together, continuing on from the basics we will now add flow to your half turns. In this tutorial we will experiment with alternative and additional poses which you can use as transitions into your front pose. Master your flow and then move on to level 3

Level 3 tutorial : Join me in a live studio session as we add flare and personality to your posing. Explore transitions and flare to add to your routine as well as how to connect with the judges through your stage presence to ensure you stand out from your competition
